She ran in a way that led Ryan directly to the room where Michelle was. She slipped through the door and hid in the shadows, waiting to see the interaction.

The real Michelle jumped as the door banged open, and one might be able to see what the fake Michelle had called "humiliated". She sat there, tape now wrapped around the entirety of her lower legs from ankle to knee. Her hands were reduced to silver nubs, hands in fists with tape keeping them folded, and more tape wrapped from wrist to elbow. She now also had tape wrapped around her eyes, and an envelope taped to her forehead with Ryan's name on it.
Oh, and she was only in her underwear. Thus the "humiliation".

"Might as well drop the act." The fake Michelle said, and the gem on her choker flashed before revealing her as a vaguely female monster, smooth black skin and no face.
"Time to eliminate a second member of Godspeed." The monster stated, producing a sword and swinging at Ryan.

Ryan moved forward and swung up. Normally he'd dodge instead of parry, but he was afraid of the monster killing Michelle, so he wanted to keep her in combat with him.

Michelle scooted back into a corner, away from the sounds of fighting.
The sword bounced off of Ryan's and she swung up.

He stepped back and swung down to parry it. He summoned his hammer to his other hand and did an awkward one handed swing for her.

He holstered his sidearm sword and drew the hammer up into both hands, moving at his higher rate of speed and swinging for her midsection.
