Dark Thunderstorms [Reina, Yami]

Sayumi perked at the question, she relaxed as she recollected in her mind the memories of how Reina became involved in all of this Shinobi stuff. "Well... I saved her from a Monster. In the process she learned of my secret and well, not wanting to have to go retro and kill her I decided to train her to be my Apprentice." She explained.

"You see, when my Great-Grandfather passed and left behind the legacy of the Ikazuchi-Arashi to me, he also left with me the Gourai Changers. Yet there were two, and seeing as how I was only one, I required an apprentice of some sort." She continued, "Reina was already someone I felt close too shortly after meeting so I thought, yeah, she'll work!" Sayumi giggled; "To be honest, I feel like she may hate me for getting her into this dark world, but... She's never said anything, so I'll take that as a sign that she doesn't hate it."

Yami heard the story as she nodded then frowned, "You know...you didn't actually have to kill her, even if she did try to tell someone no one would believe her, and there's a clan that specializes in memory modification...she could have easily have her memory modified so she doesn't remember a thing about the attack," she told Sayumi.

However an apprentice was a good way for Sayumi to build up on her leadership role, it also served as an anchor to reality, most shinobis act as loners and are never sociable. However with an apprentice they could at least have someone to talk to now and again as Yami began to wonder if Reina was having second thoughts about this world, "Sayumi-chan, you may need to have a good talk to Reina-chan and ask her if she truly wants to do this...there's no point in training her and having her have cold feet at the last minute before a major fight. It could prove disastrous," she gently explained it knowing that Sayumi wouldn't want to hear that.

At that moment, Reina knocked loudly on the door, practically pounding on it with the side of her fist. "Sacchan! Are you home?" she asked loudly before inviting herself inside, a smile forming across her lips as she saw her friend there, breathing a soft sigh of relief. She turned her attention to see that Yami was there as well. Though she felt a slight tinge of jealousy, she was glad that Sayumi had some company nonetheless.

"Ah, I was worried about you, Sacchan!" she exclaimed, making her way to her friend quickly, her sleeves falling over her hands as her arms swung, quickly cupping Sayumi's cheeks again, "Are you alright? Are you cold?" she asked, unzipping her hoodie a bit.

Sayumi blushed as Reina cupped her hands to Sayumi's cheeks. "I-I'm fine, a bit chilly--yes--but Yami-chan's kept me warm." She smiled innocently, she wrapped her arms around Reina, "I'm glad your here though! I missed you too, y'know!" She scolded.

"Hello Reina-chan," Yami said, "Sayumi-chan has been missing you a lot."
