Nathan nodded. "It's alright." he said softly, gently extending one arm towards her, a silent invitation for a hug. If she refused, that was fine too. But he felt she might need one.

She stopped and looked at him. Slowly she walked towards him and into his arms.

Nathan gently put his arms around her, giving her a hug. A reassuring hug, at least.

She felt safe and secure in his arms. She enjoyed the hug, resting her head against his chest.

He was content to let her enjoy that, for a couple of minutes...before gently pulling away, to look into her eyes. He'd enjoyed it as well...the moment had seemed right, and he had no words to describe it. Some things were best left unsaid by the lips, and said by actions... "I should walk you home." he said softly, not wanting anything bad to happen to her

He nodded in return, walking with her towards her home, though his hand was open near her, he didn't move to take hers. She could take his hand, if she wanted.

She didn't notice. She was happy as they were for now. And the memories kept her hesitant from taking it, even if she had seen it.

Nathan didn't really notice either...walking silently , keeping aware of his surroundings.
