He took three shots directly to the chest as he dropped the pole and rolled aside, getting down behind the rest of the base of the lightpost, as little good as that would do. But his goal now was to reach inside and grab the wires, taking in as much electricity as he could. At that point he didn't care about being hit.

Jack pulled a card out, and slipped it into his belt.
Attack Ride... BLAST.
He aimed straight at the rider, and held the trigger, unleasing a sustained, fully automatic blast. Even if the other rider was decently behind cover, that cover would not last long, and he controlled the mounting recoil with pure strength.

He rose as soon as he heard the card. His body was filled with electricity, one hand still gripping wires. He pushed as much as he could to his armor, using the electricity as a makeshift shield around himself, taking the shots without much difficulty, but wearing down his charge.

He noticed the attack was not doing significant damage, and began to approach, now hammering the trigger for each shot since the card had expired. He would stop once he reached the four meter mark, folding the Ride Booker back out into book mode, putting it back onto his hip.
He smiled behind Kiva's mask, ready to bring this fight back up close now that the other rider was gathering energy.

Shigeru kept up his defense, continuing to drain electricity. And finally, he exerted all of it at once. He forced the electricity to the outside of his armor, into a purely physical form rather than normal electricity, building up extra armor and extra power as he entered Charged Up form.
He jumped for his opponent, throwing a punch with more power than before.

A change of shape and color usually signaled an increase in power. Jack was well aware that he shouldn't expect the opponent to keep fighting on the same level, so this punch he raised his arm for, ready to block.
While the attack was technically blocked, it smashed his guard away, leaving him open for a follow-up. At least it hadn't hurt as much as it could.

He threw his second fist in, going for a hook to the face. He had no idea how long this boost would last, so he had to make the most of it. And in the end, he'd take a lot of damage if this dropped in the middle of the fight, since he'd be fully drained.

Jack, contrary to popular belief, wasn't a murderer. Not cold-blooded. He'd prefer to break heroes, where possible. But turning the tables like this, he was surprised at the power of Stronger. The hook to his face hurt, and sent him staggering back. He tried to recover more quickly, getting his arms up in a civilian impersonation of a boxer's stance. He had both feet planted squarely, though, giving him no leway to coil back on. An imperfect defense.
This time, he'd try and counter a hit, instead of just taking it without throwing something back.

He pushed his attack again, jumping forward and coming down with a punch, trying to come in from the top and go over his defense, even if it would leave his body exposed.

A swivel of the arm pushed up toward the other rider's oncoming fist intercepted it. Jack tried countering with a right smash to the other rider's side. He slid his stance wider as as he swung, hoping to use the punch to launch the other away again. The plan relied mostly on keeping the rider off the ground with the block...

He took the hit and slid, twisting around and stepping behind his leg with his other, sending a backhand out for Jack's head.

He knew he could bring his hand down again in time to block the backhand, but that wouldn't create an opening. He decided instead to duck the backhand, and launch himself at the Beetle. He had no training in prolonged grappling, either, but he didn't plan to take the fight to the ground anyway.
His goal... Was to get his arms around the opponent's midsection, and use his inherited strength to suplex the fool into blissful obvlivion. He had once upon a time been a young man, and during his youth, he'd managed once to use the fabled suplex... Though he hadn't done it in nearly two decades.

He continued, coming around to fully face Jack, and he lashed his right leg up, aiming the kick squarely at his opponent's face. This would also exert electricity: his plan was physical, and electrical. The use of his increased strength would still happen, as he'd make contact, then release the electricity.

The kick caught the off-balance, attacking anti-rider off guard and in a bad place. While it didn't send him far, it pushed him two inches off the ground and off-center on the other, though one thing was for sure... Channeling Dogga's power, that of Frankenstein's monster... That electricity was truly of no use. It simply circled around the violet armor, before dispelling away or being reabsorbed if the other rider was quick enough to realize his mistake.
In the moment where the other rider would expect the lightning to further disable Jack, the man looked up, purple eyes glaring with the light of the redirected lightning. He knew he wasn't quite at any good angle for this, but he would make the same move, trying once more to rush in. Only this time, he intended to stop short and swing both fists straight at the opponent's center of mass, to the sides where the armor appeared to be softer.

He took the hit and was thrown aside, rolling. "It didn't work?" he muttered, shaking his head and smashing his fist into the ground, sending cracks rippling out from the sight of impact. "Damn him..."
Now what? He had to rely on strength, but some of his new strength came from electricity... This might be tricky, he figured.
