Shigeru was positioned in Japan at the moment. And had been for a while. With no assignment.
And he was stuck in a certain area. Only so many miles he could go between. So what was he supposed to do? Was it to keep an eye on him, in case Section had messed him up, or something?
He had done what he could. Trained, worked out, read, gone to movies. He had been fielded twice already, and he knew what he could do. This was his only training he had had as a new man. He had no training yet while here, as he had no place to test his electrical powers.
He walked past the theater again. No, no more of those mind-numbing movies. He needed something to do! He knew that it wasn't if he was changed by Section. He was a hero, a skilled Interpol operative. A real hero, and he had proven it.
He couldn't take these fake heroes anymore. Avengers - everyone in that movie - and Batman. Those weren't heroes. Not true heroes. He was. That was his ego telling him that, and his past skills and assignments. He knew he was a hero. He helped people. He saved people.
And now he needed something. Anything!

The black and gray rider strode, confidently, into the street outside a theatre. Nothing interesting, there. Behind him was a cafe... That would be more interesting. He considered the various rider forms he had access to, and pulled the Ride Booker off his hip, flipping it open. He pulled out a card featuring a crimson rider with a Japanese Rhinoceros Beetle horn on it. Perfect, perfect. He slipped the card into his belt, and smacked the sides together.
A hexagonal pattern folded out from his belt, and his armor was replaced with red, smoother lines, and the horn glinted in the sunlight. Ride Booker still in hand, Jack rolled his shoulder to release some tension. He could be practically certain that because of the crowds, no one had actually seen him change.
"Grandmother always said if you're going to rampage... Do it in style." English, spoken from behind a silver mouthpiece. Blue eyes above that scanned left to right.
The device that held his cards was fiddled with, and a pistol grip was folded out, held properly. A series of shots, all wild misses. It would only seem intentional to someone looking for intention. Otherwise, the wild misses scared the crowded cafe-goers and others of their ilk; People would recognize the crimson kabutomushi horn from a considerable distance, if in fact the rider Kabuto had ever been active in this country. He could only find so much information through the internet.
Even up close, aside from the belt and the weapons, Jack found that his impersonations were practically perfect. He went through the motions, and fired off more shots at empty space; A challenge and an invitation to all riders, rangers, and other heroes nearby. An entertaining proposition, for Jack.

The screams, the sounds of the shots being fired off and striking their targets. It all rang out to Shigeru, telling him that something was happening, and that something was wrong.
But most importantly, something was happening.
He turned and ran to the sight of the carnage, pulling up his shirt to reveal his belt. Mid-stride his armor came to him, clothing his body in a crimson leather armor. He pulled his helmet down onto his head and snapped the mouthpiece on, his eyes glowing emerald green for a moment.
He clenched his fist as he saw Kabuto come into view, and he threw the fist forward, sending an electrical blast ripping through the air for the other Rider.

The other crimson beetle came out at a blind angle, Outside of Jack's field of view. He didn't hear the transformation over the chaos around him. He only turned to face the direction the attack was coming from after it was already launched.
And so he threw himself to the side, but not fast enough. Ionized air flew across his back, knocking him out of his dodge. He tumbled to the ground, keeping his hand on the Ride Booker. He didn't think it would do any long-term damage, but it certainly wasn't pleasant. Though if he wanted pleasant, he wouldn't be doing this.
"Exciting." He pushed himself back to his feet, aiming the ride booker at the attacking rider, a smile hidden behind that silver mask. He pulled the trigger, five rounds rapid, aiming for the center of mass. A safe attack, and easy.
After firing, he moved immediately to unfold the Ride Booker into sword mode; It would take a while, but between avoiding the shots and covering distance, he didn't think Stronger could get close enough. He flicked it, extending it to full length.

Charging electricity into each fist, Shigeru threw punches rapidly into each shot, canceling the energy bullets with his electricity. Who was this guy?
He moved, heading after the other Rider. The direct approach was best for now. Even if his foe had a sword, he didn't care. He'd smash through that blade and through his opponent. He was the strongest, after all.

Punched out of the air? Bold. And with good accuracy, too; Talented as well. He had no information to speak of on this rider, so it was going to be an... Interesting fight, to say the least. He rolled his shoulder as the rider approached, preparing himself.
He considered the approach, and and readied himself to counterattack. He didn't want to overextend himself into an attack the other would dodge, getting beat down in exchange. He held the blade ready, bringing it up between him and his opponent.

Right through the center! No matter how foolish it was, it was his choice of an attack.
Shigeru threw a left hook for the blade itself, charging his fist with electricity. It was his goal to smash the blade with electricity and strength. AT least that would leave his foe open for another blow. Or so was his plan.

The blade was held forward in his right hand. The left hook... By the time Jack realized the punch was aimed at his blade, the best he could do was loosen his grip and his arm, letting the other rider beat it aside harmlessly. The force sent it skittering across the ground. Not a good start, not good at all. He dodged toward the other rider's left before he could take any further action, using the light weight and speed of Kabuto to move nimbly instead of attacking forcefully.
His enemy was now between him and the Ride Booker, but he wasn't worried. His own left knee came up, towards the midsection of the other crimson beetle.

He wasn't expecting a dodge. He took the knee and took a step back to reposition himself, getting a better look at Jack. He clenched both fists, charging them both and thrusting both palms forward. He was fast, and electricity seemed to be the way to go in this fight. If he could land some blows, he could probably shock him into a light submission before physically striking him into a full one.

The twin palm lightning thrust connected dead center, and sent Jack skidding away, further still from his Ride Booker. It certainly hurt, but he managed to keep his feet under him. Without the booker... He had no choice, he'd have to recover it. But a bum rush and dive wouldn't do, all on it's own, and he had no ideas for a distraction. He decided.
A bum rush was his only choice, unless someone was stupid enough to interfere. He took half a step in the wrong direction, before turning and making a straight dash toward the Booker. He felt like he had the advantage in pure speed, even if he was moving at a steep angle right past him; Desperation.

He punched his right hand into his left palm and twisted his body away from his foe, ready to twist and thrust his right fist, which now had more electricity charged, from the meeting of hands. His plan was to blow this guy away with another blast of electricity, one with a large punch to it.
He pivoted, twisting, thrusting his fist out and unleashing the built up electricity right for his opponent in a large burst.

He'd covered a good bit of ground toward the Ride Booker in that burst of speed, but still didn't have hands on. He knew immediately that he would have to find a form that could withstand the lightning as well as the brute force of this other rider if he wanted to win.
But that was of course that would have to wait, with the massive wave of lightning smashing into his side. He tumbled, already off balance from the dead sprint, and caught himself at a low crouch, shaking off the pain for another dash at the Ride Booker. This one had a better angle and a shorter distance, and so covered it, collecting the sword a bit desperately.

"Damn it," he muttered, turning. He didn't have enough electricity built up at the moment to try again. He had used it all in that last blast, so charging for another burst would take a little time. It was time to move into the physical attacks.
He ran at Jack and jumped for him, coming down with a punch.

Jack countered by ducking aside, once again into the blow, like an oncoming train. It wasn't that hard, since he was still apparently more agile. He flipped open the booker, and the cards he was looking for were already on top. He pulled both cards free, slapping the ride booker closed and back onto his hip. He held the cards tight, turning to watch for the other rider's next offensive as he pulled the belt open and slid the first card in, without closing the belt.

If he could land a few good blows, he was sure he could punch through that armor with enough ease to end this fight. But the guy was fast. So he'd have to be fast too, but that wasn't his forte. This guy had the speed and agility advantage, but Shigeru was sure he had the power advantage.
He drew his fists up into a fighting stance and watched, instead of initiating an attack.
