Without anything in mind, and no visions, Koyomi wandered around as she often did. A somewhat sad attitude fully around her. She usually was able to eventually find a family whom would let her spend a night on their couch or something like that, but she was running out of goodwill, it seemed like.
She went to the pond and sat on a bench, looking out through the fence, playing with a fringe on her dress.

Kai walked along, in a hooded black longcoat. He was wandering at the moment, bored, not certain of what he was going to do. The Driver On ring was on one hand, and the Wraith Ring of Power was on the other....and the latter began to glow. It sensed a presence....

Koyomi couldn't feel it on her end. She watched the water, and watched as a few ducks floated along. They had a family between themselves, and that got to her.

He couldn't sense what it was, even with his incredible senses. Kai decided that this was definitely worth investigating, and followed the Ring's direction, the latter faintly glowing, but glowing brighter as he got closer.

She got up and walked to the fence, looking out at the water. Even here, she was alone. Nobody else was around, even though normally some would be.

Kai approached the water....and seeing the back of a person leaning over the water, he gently reaches out his hand, and with the Ring's power he makes mini twisters of air that float around, just above the surface of the water, swirling it into a beautiful glow, illuminated by sunlight.

His eyes weren't visible immediately from under the hood, but his nose and lips were. Now that she'd turned around...he paused for a moment. his senses registering two distinct things...one of which outshone the other for now. She was....strikingly beautiful...and he hadn't seen anyone like her. Of course, if this was magic...then she might be able to read him. Thusly, he guarded his heart.

She saw the hooded figure, "You?" she called, gesturing towards the water, figuring that was enough.

The figure nodded slowly, as he walked closer to the fence. "I tried to make you smile. Guess I failed." he said, guardedly, though mentally part of his mind was racing at the same time. He put one hand on the railing, and held the other hand by his side.

"You're a Mage?" she questioned. She could feel that much. She moved two steps away on some sort of instinctual basis.

"I am." he gave in a low tone, turning fully to face her, noticing that she moved backwards. Slowly, he reached up, and pulled the hood back off of his face, revealing his heterochromatic eyes, and young disposition.
